1/3 cup raw unsalted almonds
2 cloves garlic, halved
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup fresh basil
1/2 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley
1/2 cup coarsely chopped chives
Pinch each sea salt and ground black pepper
1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
In a blender, combine almonds and garlic; pulse until combined.
Add cheese, basil, parsley, chives, salt and pepper; pulse.
With motor running, add oil and lemon juice in a thin, steady stream until fully incorporated.
